@eddiejennings Alright if Microsoft is off the table then next considerations would be GSuite and then Zoho mail in my humble opinion.
I agree. I'm looking at Gsuite next.

Interesting that you had an issue. I helped a 503c get setup and it was the easiest thing I was amazed.

Yeah. I'm disappointed; however, I sunk two weeks worth of time into this for a solution that's really beyond the scope of what we need. I'm not interested in sinking another two weeks into it.

I hear yeah.
Did you try to buy direct or through a business partner?
I used NTG. No extra costs but all the benefits of additional eyes. Perhaps that was he difference. -

When signing up, is it best to sign in using Google or create a new account?

I've done both. I prefer creating a new account so it isn't tied to anything else.
-
@black3dynamite I recommend a new account.
-
@black3dynamite new account to keep everything separated

@jaredbusch LOL right on!

We've been approved for G-suite for non-profits. Am learning and configuring it now.
-
@eddiejennings Should be pretty straight forward
-
@eddiejennings awesome man, hope everything works better than before

If I was providing IT I would use 0365, but Zoho is great. Just hate the adds in the free email. I am working with their invoicing system and integration with stripe.com right now though.
Personally, I still like G Suite if I was actually using IT in a small or large group. Hangouts is great, drive works great. Gmail is great. And the apps work great on my... iPhone. lol.
