Any time you are configuring a RAID, the data on the drive is wiped out. If you want to do this, backup your data, configure the array, and restore your data.

Excuse my ignorance. Now I was installing x2go. If I partition the hdd in raid 0 I also need to rebuild the operating system or just x2go. thank you.

To reiterate: Any time you are reconfiguring an array, you lose everything on the array.
If you want to keep the data, you must back the data up to a separate medium and restore it once you are done configuring the array.
