Unfortunately, the NextCloud Sync Client is not available in the Deepin Store so we need to acquire the package by a different means. If we go to the NextCloud Client Download Center we see that NextCloud provides an AppImage format download for us. This is pretty easy for us to use, but if you have never done it might take just a little explanation.

First, download the AppImage version of NCSC.

Once downloaded, we just need to move this file to a location where it can be properly run. On Deepin Linux, this would be /usr/bin

      sudo mv ~/Downloads/Nextcloud* /usr/bin/

Now we just need to make our new package executable.

      sudo chmod a+x /usr/bin/Nextcloud*

Now from our terminal we just file our the sync client and it will add itself to our notification bar...

Nextcloud <and hit tab and enter>

The latest version is 2.3.3 at least for snap and Fedora 27.

Yeah, the packages are outdated, I usually update through command line. The underlying system is debain so in the end I can use packages from Debian.
