Windows 10 Active Hours
-
I have been dealing with WIndows 10 Active Hours for a while. I have been reviewing the GPOs and making sure nothing is overlapping. Now I see the Active Hours are Setup properly in the GPO but the settings do not reflect on the Settings panel. See my two screenshots of the registry for both settings. Maybe I am missing something but clearly the hours are not reflected in the UI.

Do you have 1703 installed? Do you have the 1703 GP templates update on the server?
-
@dashrender Yes to both. All my computers are on 1703 and my AmDX Templates are the latest.
-
@dashrender in fact I have 140 workstations in 1703 in our domain.

This has been an ongoing problem since Windows 10 came out.
I know Paul Thurrott was tracking this, though no clue if he has a current status on it.
-
@dashrender In the meantime I stopp any automatic approval of updates.

I have had the occasional person tell me about their machine randomly rebooting, but that is pretty rare.

Completely the wrong answer.
I would rather lose a random half hour of productivity than deal with a zero day because i denied a fucking security patch.
