Valid points across the board. It's really honestly well played by marketing, letting us fool ourselves so that there is no blame on them. It's unfortunate that it happens and that that is their intention but I can't blame them for taking advantage of our collective idiocy/ignorance.

"Technically" its not false advertising because they don't ever cut you off or charge you for using more. They just throttle you down tremendously.

Not false at all. That's the point. They never claim anything false in any way.

Right they are completely accurate in everything that they say and let us fill in the gaps to create the end picture. No false advertising in the slightest yet we've created an end result that may not properly represent what they are selling. They've gotten us to do their dirty work for them. Exactly what they wanted.
