I mean he's not the highest authority if you think of it in those terms. I think he's a pawn of the many faced god.

He can't be a pawn of the MFG, because the MFG only kills via the faceless man when paid to do so.

********************* SPOILERS *********************The house of black and white is a guild of assassins that consider themselves followers of the many faced god. Doesn't mean the many faced god himself expects payment outside of just death itself.

********************* SPOILERS *********************
********************* SPOILERS *********************The faceless man is the MFG, it's obvious by the fact that he's the only person there who operated the house of black and white.
Everyone else in the shop is a pawn of his. It's also why why Arya told him to kill himself that he couldn't. He's a god.

********************* SPOILERS *********************No he can't kill himself or else there would only be the Lord of Light. Who is bringing people back to life (but damaged) each time to presumably fight the whitewalkers.
Do you remember the pawn that was wearing the face of the faceless man that died by drinking the water because Arya killed the wrong person?
He can't possibly be able to die and share his face. Since a face can only be used if a person is dead. Otherwise there is some other stuff happening (like him being a god).
Even the Faceless man explains this to Arya.

The mistake you are making here is assuming that we have seen the proper face of the person in charge. Or even that there is a single individual running the show. The face you are referring to is just one of the previous victims of the group that gets shared around.

Wrong, there was an entire conversation about how a face can't be used unless the person was killed. And it can't be used by more than a single person at a time.

There was some nameless guy that had to drink the water when Arya killed the wrong person, the faceless god was punishing her. And that guy was talking to Arya with the faceless man's face. And then the actual faceless man walked up and pulled the face off of the now dead guy.

Perhaps then, though I might chalk that up to an error in the show. I would also point out that the group in question is not always the most honest so the statement about only one person being able to use a face may have been misinformation.

But speaking of Arya using her new abilities. . . that scene of her giving a potpie to what's his face. Made of his son's

I refuse to watch that mislabeled "porno".
IMHO, the very best shows and movies don't need to contain porn and excessive foul language... and it's true, the very best shows actually don't!!!

- I could do without a lot of the nudity/sex honestly, but I can ignore that.
- What do you consider the "best shows" that don't contain any foul language or nudity?

Crazy, there really isn't much nudity, definitely not "porn". All of it seems true to the show. The show is one of the best of all time. When I think of the other shows mentioned by people that dont like GOT I am baffled.
I will tell you a show that could do without all the nudity is GIRLS on HBO.
Breaking Bad was maybe the best show without nudity. Better Call Saul is good.

He's saying foul language and porn. There is a ton of foul language in Breaking Bad

I can just imagine a show like BB without "fowl language". Maybe something like Annie would suit?

I meant excessive, I said excessive... some shows literally 7/10 words are. That's excessive.
