Windows Users Location Identified in Seconds

New information from WikiLeads yesterday tells us that the CIA has malware that can be used against nearly any version of Windows including the popular Windows 7 and Windows 10 platforms and in a matter of seconds is able to determine the physical location of a Windows device. The tool is called ELSA and does this by using the wifi device to detect the surroundings. Of course, there are ways to protect against this attack if you are willing to go to measures to disable, remove or cage the wifi.
