It seems that the logic to display these buttons has issues on a narrow view (monitor is vertical). It works if I refresh the page.

Has issues when wide as well.

I have had them occasional get lost on a view wide enough to display them (not switch to hamburger menu) but narrow enough to drop below the logo.
