root-uikqoj contains a file system with errors, check forced.
Resize inode not valid. Recreate<y>? -

and I'm here now

They are working, have been the whole time.

XO backups were failing, researched the error and then found it. (xenserver forums)

I may have to migrate the VM's to my backup host and then rebuild this host...

Reboot host and see if that fixes it?
How many bad inodes did it find?
