ok i did not check RDP session. Customer not in office right now, I am waiting for remote session. What is remote PowerShell box ?

Are you just accessing the machine from the console session on the hypervisor right now?

If there is no GUI and no PowerShell from the command prompt on the main console, I think that you are screwed.

Can you see that the application files are still there?
