Chat system like skype

Dear All ,
I am looking forward for any system that i can use inside my company for texting of my company . someone recommended me Slack . But Still i am looking forward for any other application if you have please introduce me .

There are several. There are two that I am familiar with:
If you just want basic Chat type stuff, check out Openfire from Ignite Realtime (http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/openfire/)
RocketChat (https://rocket.chat) is another one that is more than "just chat" I'm not familiar with Slack, but I believe I've heard some folks say that RocketChat is similar.

Our company uses LINE for a couple of reasons.
- Most are not in the office and this can be installed on a phone as well as a PC
- It also allows 5 free calls a day, which comes in REAL handy when the Japan team needs to communicate with us here.
Plus you have the group chat thing and the group call thing. It works great and best of all, it's free.

What's wrong with Skype? Why not just use that?

Yep, he did, I was just curious what the reasoning was - perhaps low bandwidth, etc... only my curiosity.
