So while he can absolutely run Windows on Apple in virtualbox, he can't legally run Mac on Windows non-apple branded hardware.

Yeah, I was thinking "how young is this kid?!?!" Seems like I still have some of those around here.
I have some of those sitting around... but they were on the way out when I was just starting to do system building.
