Say - whut now? That isn't practical or possible That's like forcing someone to buy a Ford over somethjing else... It's just not how that works.

It's more than not hanging up it's ALSO forcing them to talk!

It is because autocorrect in Outlook has a setting to capitalize automatically. It was turned off.
