Try to find a computer that does not qualify. They made this list on purpose I believe to get the most people on Win10 as possible after their first freebie offering. I mean, they include things like changing font sizes as Assistive Tech.

That was the point. They want everyone on Win 10

Yet they wanted the stupid stock holders to think they killed the free upgrade.

But they (MS) have killed the free upgrade for assistive tech at the end of the year.
