I'm guessing we have a VAR that is feeling ashamed. So instead of allowing us to discuss if the OP is a VAR or not (he is, it's the only thing he is from his description) or how to help him, he pops in and talks about derailment which is a sure fire way to intentionaly derail something. No one derails things more often than the mods themselves - forcing a discussion about derailment and moderation, instead of the topic.

Tickets and mundane tasks done. Time for food, then I return to start figuring out what went wrong on Saturday (other than not hiring @JaredBusch to do my work for me).

During the interim, I managed to make a video about the effectiveness of the derailment attack methodology, though, which should be a useful one.
