Back from the "new" store.
Fail! (not on my part)........ No power in the room with the cabinet. Phone sockets in the cabinet aren't hooked up to the DSL so no sync on the routers. -

No. Different meeting.

The CIO thing was solved by him updating the firmware on his router, as the application of Outlook was functioning fine. It looked like the issue was more related to traffic flow on his home network.
