Got fed up with SW being slow and dumb so I gave it 12gb of ram and 4VCPU (from 4gb and 1vcpu)
Fixed.

Fixed.
I've found that SSD is pretty much a necessity. No idea how it could possibly need the resources that it does.

@scottalanmiller Agreed, it's a bit of a pig for a glorified database.
We'll see what my boss says on Monday when SW just... works instead of being dumb.

We traditionally ran it with 6GB, SSD and three cores. Never found more cores than that to help and the memory was not capping out. But SSD..... what a difference that made. SQLite doesn't cache well, I'm a-thinkin'.

Who knows when we will have a demo of QDesk available, would be awesome to have someone testing us out when we are ready for a private release. Going to be completely free and completely hosted, so other than a nice web browser, no performance worries.

@scottalanmiller ours also hosts all of our printers and various other small apps and assorted junk. It was very much out of RAM

AH, that makes more sense. Ours were dedicated, or effectively dedicated.

LOL. Thanks. Getting rapid feedback from potential users is exactly why we are looking to do our development "out in the open" here in the community! We hope to get lots of rapid feedback, ideas and testers
