Do you mean in the To and CC fields so it's more easily readable? You can change the view in the "Preview" pane by following these instructions. I'm still looking to see if there is an option to change the "To" and "CC" fields to be large.

You could increase the DPI (but this will effect the entire computer)

To do this in Outlook 2013:

Open a blank email > Click on Developer > "Design this form" > "Right click" on the fields to adjust (individually) > Properties > Adjust the "Font" and in the "Layout" Tab adjust the height.

Repeat for the CC and BCC fields.

Save the form, and set it as the default form to use when creating an email. Now the user will have larger font and a field to read.

So you want "Sean Gallagher" to be larger, correct?

Or do you want the "People Pane" to be larger, and you don't care about the font size? Like in the below image.

Just move your cursor over the separation line between the two panes, and drag it upwards to see more of the "People pane"

The highlighted line, put your cursor over it, and drag upwards until the user is happy.

@Lakshmana I don't understand what you mean the "CC" and "BCC" fields should be the same size as that of the people pane.

Where are you looking at to see this? In the actually email? Is the highlighted part what you're talking about?

@Lakshmana please answer my above question. The added description doesn't help me to understand what you're looking for.

If the "To" and "Cc" fields need to be larger in an email your colleague has sent / received follow my above instructions about using the Developer tab to design the form.

To enable the developer tab, you go to

                                      File > Options > Customize Ribbon > ✓ "Developer"

Exit this window and go to a new email, and then select the developer tab. From within this tab you can modify the fields.
