Right-Click the image Properties Crop > Image Size Width = 8.50 " and Height = 11.00"
This Notebook bar doesn't seem like anything particular different or special in anyways.
I've been using LibreOffice Draw (supposedly doesn't have the functionality) and I checked Calc to confirm. I don't see anything mind blowing. .
