i took a look aver that thread and it looks like google voice provide a free SIP Trunk ??

Technically, no. Google Voice does not provide a SIP trunk. They never have and pretty much never will unless they significantly change the way they have chosen to operate.

What you can do with Google Voice is make use of XMPP to connect your PBX to your GV account and have it initiate a call.

At the core, GV was designed as a call forwarding service. It was originally a product called GrandCentral (and I had the service). Google bought the company in 2009.

            Yes, quite unfortunate.

Yes I tried it and it works fine. But you have the same limitations as any other SIP provider, you won't have a local phone number.

You'll have to look at the list they have available. SIPStation is just another SIP provider. They have numbers in areas where they can acquire them.

Your telephone system in your country is super locked down, so you've said. This prevents SIP providers from being able to provide phone numbers in your local area, and allows them to maintain their monopoly.

You'll be able to call anywhere in the world using a SIPStation phone number, you'll just have to pay the associated long distance charges that go along with it.

That said, you might not be able to make long distance calls on a free account.

When I try to find a number it only offers me USA or Canada.

When you try it might offer you more based on your location.

Calling elsewhere would cost a fortune to the provider. Easily tens or hundreds of thousdands of dollars even for a since line.
