That's good. Since they actually locked our account before doing the refund, which wasn't a problem, but unlike most people we actually made sure that account was shut down so it was important that we get the actual refund.

That's not true. It's a ubuntu server running on their own services. I've looked into this before.

I wonder why they are blaming NameCheap then. But wait, if it was on their own servers, why does it go down at different times from their other VMs?
Maybe this is like Rogers, they just looked for anyone to blame for their own outages?
