Google Authenticator \ Authy
-
I am using it everywhere now. Anyone else using it?
-
I use Google Authenitcator a bit but there are a lot of places that I have not rolled it out. I like it a lot, though. As two factor authentication goes, it is pretty awesome.
-
Sites I have in Authy:
- CloudFlare
- Authy (Duh)
- Microsoft
- LastPass
- Dropbox
- NFS (Not using it anymore)
- WordPress
- Digital Ocean
- My VPS
-
The best part of authy in that they have a chrome extension. Super handy.

This looks AWESOME!

When did you start using it? I recall talking to you about it before. You didn't seem to understand it's point, and/or wasn't able to use it because you weren't allowed to use your cell phone where you were working.

So the future is only for the Mac?
Where did you see mac only?
They REALLY go out of their way to advertise Mac on that page. Hard to believe that they are not owned by Apple, or have an Apple agenda. Why would every picture be a Mac and not anything else? It really looks like a Mac-only product.

This is why I think it's a Mac only product. In my experience, when a page only displays Macs in their pictures, they are a Mac only place. If they only show non Mac computers, it's then a question - do they support Macs, but when I see only Macs, and no other brands in the pictures, I automatically assume they are Mac only - rightly or wrongly... it's my behavior.

Imagine you are a car dealer and you sell everything, but every ad, every sign only shows BMW. You would just assume that they are a BMW dealer because that's not a mainstream car (in the US) and you are making a point of the fact that you are niche. Now if you showed a Chevy, Ford and Toyota it would be unlikely for someone to think "they probably sell nothing else."
If you show only one thing, showing something over and over that is 3% of the market is weird.

As you said, it's only weird if you do sell more than just that one thing that is such a small part of the market.
