No reply button when replies are updated live

If you are reading a topic and a user replies while you are reading, you cannot reply or quote without a refresh.

I've noticed this for days too.

@jaredbusch picture is so seemless it makes it look like the forums are having problems - bleeding posts between threads.

This appears to just be how this works at this point in the code base.

Just hit F5 to reload the page, it shows right up.
