Quickbooks registration issue on Mac

One of our clients is running QB 2012 and 2014 on a Mac running Mavericks - for some reason the registration doesn't stick for any of the user accounts. Each time the program is launched from any user account, it prompts for the registration number and info. Seems that QB issues on Macs don't' have as much online documentation as there could be. (even though there's a forum for it, which I am also currently wading through.)
Any ideas?

It's been a long time since I've dealt with the Mac version, so I'm not sure what the fix is for this one. I'd say ping support. If you can't get a good answer let me know, as I know the PM for the Mac product and I can ask him to get an answer if support flakes out.
