    VOIP.MS Took Chicago7 Offline

      All my clients that were on Chicago7 were automatically moved to Chicago6.voip.ms. Must be an issue with the server.

        Great and now that I updated my pbx's they moved everyone back to Chicago7 automatically.

          How long did you wait before changing all your stuff to Chicago 6?

                It didn't take that long but was just a pain. I literally just finished updating 10 PBX systems to point to Chicago6 which is what VoipMS switched everyone to and then all of a sudden Chicago7 came back online and they automatically moved everyone back to Chicago7. I had to go back in and change everyone back to Chicago7 on the PBX.

                    No both domains pointed to different ip addresses.

                      That really seems unreasonable on their part. The expectation that all of their customers on 7 have to manually change to 6, then back... super crazy!!
