Aside from @scottalanmiller who else on here has a homelab ?
ps, before you run to your keyboard, spare me the response, running a hypervisor on your laptop is NOT a home lab!
I have a Raspberry Pi running.
That's cute!

Better than a laptop.

I do too, as an actual server
In addition to a dozen big rack mounts.

I have a r710 server that I use has a homelab for long term lab setups. And I also use my home desktop that has 32 GB of RAM for some random VM setups.

5 billion hits per day is Google type traffic
You are confusing 5 billion hits/searches per day with requests. Not the same thing.

@FATeknollogee I have a nice lab at home. Most of my VMs are on Hyper-V Server 2019. Way more equipment than I need. I only use Vultr for my Unifi Controller. Everything else (except email) I self-host.

I have an R510 and another box I rent. It's cheaper to pay $50/month for an online server for the pieces I want to keep online and keep the R510 for the newest "This is going to break things" stuff.

I do have kvm on my laptop and run vm's from there but I also use a cloud server from Rackspace where I ssh into to install and run things.

I have an older DL360 that I run a few things on. Primarily I need the hardware for my Plex server. If it weren't for that I wouldn't have a home lab at all. I am currently looking to upgrade to something a little more energy efficient.

Yes, you're right, I was confused. I read "requests" but thought "page views".
