        Yes. Prevents confusion. I was very confused at your first initial response. I was like, "Are those things not good enough"? Then, I realized I listed it as cons, instead of pros. LOL

                I only took a 35% pay raise when I last switched jobs. So it might be a detriment. . .

                  I had a 75% pay raise from one job to the next, but really, it was more like a $10% raise, because the old job had so much ridiculous OT, I was making nearly what the new job offered.

                  As a consultant, I hit nearly a 100% raise from that last point...
