Windows Error

this may sound weird to you all, but see if you can help
I'm trying to install a second instance of an aloha application. I'm getting a windows error of https://i.imgur.com/WBIqqIV.png

the application is already installed, it's already been working with 1 instance. Trying to get a second one configured.
Any ideas on what logs to look at from windows, or any other ideas?

never mind I found it.
I'm running a command that's saying cfcshellinstallermsi.msi and the file I have is an .exe
