O365 - sending as an alias address

Well - It seems MS still hasn't solve a pretty basic desire that many people can and do want, the ability to send mail as one of their aliases.
Currently there are a few free work-arounds for this.
Create a group, use Outlook on Windows (or possibly Mac) to change the From field to that group.
Create a shared mailbox, use nearly any access method (OWA, Mobile App, PC app), access shared mailbox, send the message.
These options just suck.
anyone have any other options?
My users need access from Mobile devices to do this.
