Worth keeping up with the Twitter feed. Always entertaining.

CloudAtCost has completely revoked their "free for life" products that people have already paid for in full and is now simply charging for them - even ones that customers already own. Customers are now being extorted to pay annually for something they were sold specifically so that they would not have to pay for in this way. The service is no longer a scam on the technical level, it is now a full scam on the billing and marketing level as well.

CloudatCost is offering one time fee webhosting. It seems completely ridiculous they are offering it starting at $10 with a free domain. Basically an impossible cost to maintain, but I guess in a pyramid scheme all you care about is getting new people.

@IRJ Speaking of which I have a great business venture I'd like to talk to you about. It's a reverse funnel system

I just placed at order

Love that show and that is one of best episodes. Their last season was pretty bad though

Yeah. It's been so consistently good for so long though that I'm just hoping it was a misstep

I think the show is done, unfortunately. That was definitely a jump the shark season.
I say that because they have ruined the dynamics of the show too much. Waitress and Charlie is no longer the same funny impossible thing, The Mac/Dennis relationship has just gotten way too weird. It was always weird but not at this weird level lol.

We'll see. Both Kaitlin Olson and Glenn Howerton's shows were cancelled so

CloudatCost is good if you want to learn how to design something resilient

Did you really? I guess if you can transfer the domain out then that alone is worth the $10 but their hosting is worth zilch

Or why you NEED to design something resilient.

@IRJ What's the worst that could happen?

Outages, lost data. That's what we've seen in the past. Service just shut down or unusable once you put the time into using it.
