That's a really old trick. But you can only look up the maker of the NIC. It might be Intel for the MAC Address vendor, but it could be a Dell server.

I prefer the PCI ID Repository for identifying hardware manufacturers of unknown devices in Windows. That's fewer and fewer nowadays since Windows 7 especially, but still useful.

Dell doesnt manufacture NICs and generally you can determine the make fairly easily by looking at the branding of the box.
