@DustinB3403 Same make/model?
Yup.
That very one in the picture.
Cool. Did you demo anything else?
Our parent company has several offices that use them.
As our team travels they've seen and used them there.
In house we've not demo'd them. We also haven't looked at anything else.

Makes sense if they are already in use with the parent company.

I also saw this one, from Steelcase -
https://www.steelcase.com/products/scheduling-systems/roomwizard/The reviews for the Office 365 integration portion would cause me to move on -

Yes.

Has anyone dealt with Meetio?
-
@wrx7m Not I.
-
Nor me.

Meetio is Swedish based and has been around since 2012 (according to something I saw online). I can't find any reviews on them. I can't tell for certain if they offer the service/app without the device. It seems like it, but it is hard to say.
Edit: They must offer it without the device. Their trial is a download that requires an Android device or emulator. The weird thing is that they mention a booking app, but only for iOS. I will trial it on my phone to see how it behaves.

Evoko Room Manager shows price as EOL! I guess procrastinating on this paid off.
-
@wrx7m Well that's that then.
-
They have this one, which is the same MSRP

Meetio wants a licensed mailbox account (E1 or better) to interact with O365's room resource mailboxes. I wonder if other solutions can do it with an unlicensed O365 user.

After playing around with the app installed on my phone, I ended up pulling the trigger on Meetio. We got 2 of the tablets with the 3-yr support/licensing/warranty for $899 each, with a 10% discount.
The hardware is a Philips 10 inch tablet https://www.philips.co.uk/p-p/10BDL3051T_00/signage-solutions-multi-touch-display/overview
It has wi-fi and Ethernet, with POE (or use the included AC adapter). You can push updates and settings out the tablets via their web portal. Nice build quality on these.
It has a couple of mounting options. There is a back plate that separates from the chassis, which allows you to mount it to the wall. You would then snap in the tablet. It also has vesa mount options, which I think I would prefer. This could potentially allow for a wall mount or stand of some sort where you would be able to articulate/tilt the tablet. I am going to see what kind of vesa wall mounts are out there for this scenario.

Was it really $899 each? I haven't used them but I looked at them for another project and the price was $300 each for those 10" from Philips. Samsung and LG also has 10" models in their signage series. They're all in the $250-$400 range.

@Pete-S - It is paying for the service, hardware, hardware warranty and support for 3 years. If you want to run your own tablets, it is $199.
