Windows Server 2012 Essentials Cannot Find Login Server for AD

Quick background: Windows Server 2012 Essentials Physical Install, Domain Controller

System was rebooted and cannot come back because it cannot find a login server. But, of course, it itself is the login server. So... not so good. Anyone know a good work around to that?

Also, no out of band management. And the remote access (ScreenConnect) never connects, so the obvious options are not available either.

We have remote hands typing at the CLI. The remote hands are an office manager, not a tech. Drive time from me to the office is just under eight hours.

Oh yeah, that... so they do have backups. But do to another issue, they don't know when their last good backup is. It might be really recent (might be last night!) but they can't check it easily. The lack of remote access and the lack of technical hands there means getting a Veeam recovery system up to verify is a lengthy process.

The "remote hands" is looking for the Veeam recovery now to see what the status is.

It was failing backups that prompted the recent restart that led to not coming back up.

Tried that, it failed. Couldn't run. Couldn't run a Scan Disk either.

Yes, have CLI but nothing beyond that.
