looking for something like this,

DO you know FOSS or even paid solutions that offer similar functionality.

I use the free/hosted Invoice Ninja right now, as I've never needed more than that, but I would definitely upgrade to the paid platform as soon as I do.

For free Wave is hard to beat though. Not self hosted but I hated self hosting my billing stuff.

Even paid for, it's decently hard to beat. It is a very good product.
