Oh, sorry. I read that wrong at first and thought AJ was the one eating Fritos. He does things like that on the phone without muting, so I was throwing out the reminder... oops.

I do not! If I'm eating on a call, I always mute when I'm biting/chewing/swallowing!!

What ended up being the configuration? I vaguely remember there being something about your ISP wanting to either manage your DNS or have you use their DNS servers.

We set the dns of server in router configuration.
and Sorry to clarify it was the support of Fortigate who configured the router with dns of ISP.
Glad after asking help from here(ML) we figured out what we should do in order to make our DNS work without changing it with ISP DNS -
