Office 365 Security Stops Password Resets

Have never seen this before and got two users with it in the last hour. Not sure what's changed or if it is coincidence. Anyone know what security setting causes this to occur?

Okay, just went to log in to our normal management station for managing O365 at this customer and went to sign in with the admin account and got this...

And just a forewarning, if the vendor hops in here to customer shame and calls it a conspiracy that there is an error screen from MS, you will be banned.

Good news, logins from Fedora work without a hitch. All of the machines with issues are Windows.

Windows 10 1803 has a massive cumulative update this morning. Rolling that out now to see if this will fix our login issue.

After applying the 1803 cumulative patch, it worked again on Windows 10.

The answer to most IT issues, minimize Windows OS as much as possible and push everyone for Linux client OS.

I have seen this before and it is usually with IE or Edge and can login on Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. I also try to clear all the user sessions via powershell.
