So I've finally pinned down the issue of my slow network performance on my $2000+ gaming rig to something within Windows 10.

This is obviously a "go fuck yourself Windows moment".

Anyone know of any updates that might have caused this?

On Windows I get at best 20/20 on a public speed test. Using Ubuntu Desktop I get 150/50.

          OP updated with that.

Internet performance over both Ethernet or Wifi.

Nope, not drivers, it is something within Windows. Drivers are current.

I'm thinking NIC firmware/driver issue as well. Could be chipset drivers as well.

And that doesn't preclude a driver issue.
Just ask those of use with Lenovos.

Let me reboot back into Windows, running off a thumb drive atm. I believe creators.

Check if LSO is enabled on the network card.

Cool so auto-tunning is not enabled that is a good sign.
