That works just fine.. because when you create a new message it's an HTML message.

Also, I used our Konica to send a scanned file (PDF) to email, the email comes in as HTML, so this would be an non issue.
Time to see if the Lanier has this option?

I'm seeing this with emails with the voicemail attachments from FreePBX.
Though, hum... One user reported this last week. I replaced his hard drive over the weekend and did a clean install of 1703, upgraded to 1709 and THEN installed Office 16. Issue seems resolved now.
Tomorrow, while I'm in the office, I'll poke at other Office 16 computers to make sure they also have this issue, and then see if it's an update thing or if a reinstall of Office fixes it.

It must be something with the emails that is using plain text and/or reading pane.
I can forward attachments doing one of the following:
When reading pane is on right or bottom, I can right-click the email and forward it as long as I select another email first.When reading pane is off, I can right-click the email and then forward it.

I found an article (link at work) that talked about this exact issue. It seems that in the past there was a patch that caused this issue on both inhouse and O365 Exchange.
