 Trying to Size a UPS. Requirement is to power a PC, LCD 22" Monitor, 16port 10/100/1000 switch for 20-30mins

 wondering if I should go to the gym tonight. I know I should, but I have Zero motivation.

I tried to wake up early this morning because I also feel better throughout the day but man this morning was rough. I still want to work out and not use that as an excuse to not go but it's so easy to procrastinate and forget about it.

So I roped one of my friends/coworkers into working out with me. We have keys to the campus gym so it just kind of works out.

 I go 3 or 4 times a week before work... at the gym from 5:30am to 6:30am, roughly. I think that's the best time to do it. I never would have started going at those time if it wasn't because it was either then, or not at all... but now if I could go back and choose when to go, it would be at that time. It's great to start your day that way, even if it's harder to wake up.

 @rojoloco The Soft Bulletin is prob one of the best music albums of the last 30 years after Yoshimi. I have the Super Audio CD of both, plus the 5.1 dvd of them.

 I was under the impression It was first.You can do cardio before, after or before and after. Whatever you are comfortable with.
