I charge a Geek Squad fee. If the person has taken it to Geek Squad before contacting me, then i charge them $100 extra.

@scottalanmiller I kind of don't blame companies for going Lenovo. State contracts hold the biggest money for MSP's for the most part. in NJ (my state) each of the companies licensed to sell to the state can only have a maximum of 17 resellers. Lenovo is sometimes you're only option.
The government essentially forces you to partner with a shittier company if you want to do business with them.
