Cold and damp in Dallas today. Hovering just above freezing. Got my fleece on, had to close the window in my office, and drinking my coffee.

Middle GA here, and we're just getting wet & cold right now. Real Middle GA, or just south of I-20?

However, for folks who grew up north of I-20, then anything south of I-20 is considered "South Georgia." For folks who grew up south of I-20, they (rightfully) know that south of I-16 is really South Georgia.

@dafyre Nice. That year I taught in Montgomery County, I determined it was shorter for me to drive to Dublin to get to a Toyota place for my car than to drive to Savannah. Insignificant I know, but coming from the Athens area, it was a bit of a shock.

I hate trying to work on projects around holidays -- for that very reason! It sucks.... but I mean I haven't had much vacation in the last 7 years and this year seems to be the same...
I will be NY City on Saturday so that will be nice.

In the bedroom, we still have it open.

Rather than figuring out how I'm going to virtualize our production servers, I'm playing whack-a-mole trying to replicate problems with embedded images in E-mails.

Been on the phone for hours.

Discovered we're paying for too much bandwidth at our co-location facility (can't be renegotiated until March); however, I believe that will mean I can soon(tm) implement backups that include an off-site copy and likely not go over our bandwidth commitment.

You pay for it separately?

You pay for it separately? It's a line-item on our monthly bill rather than a separate bill. So when February comes and we look at our contract, we'll see if we need to alter our committed burstable bandwidth.
