      In Office 365, does anyone know how you can set up a service/billing/password admin without giving them the permission to reset the Global Admin password?

        I guess Global admins can only be changed by Global admins, for anyone's future reference. When giving someone permissions other than Global it appeared to they could reset a password, but when I tried it denied the attempt.

        Good enough...

            Billing Admin can only manage bills, password admin can only reset regular users accounts.
