LONG range cordless phone (SIP)

Does anyone know of a great long range cordless phone (SIP) that has good penetration through concrete walls, steel machinery, etc?
I am currently using the Yealink W56P cordless phones, with an additional repeater, but the coverage still isn't that great. I think it is just a limitation of the DECT phones. At a previous employer, I have used the Engenius DuraFon Pro phones that operate on the 900MHz band, and provides excellent coverage. Especially in places such as warehouses and shop environments. Engenius now has a SIP model of these long range phones as well. However, they are quite expensive at $1200 for a base and 1 handset.
Does anyone have any experience with cordless phones in a warehouse/shop environment? WIFI phones are out of the question for this place.

WiFi and DECT are really the only options that I know of.

Bigger the antenna the better the chances.
Better still would be a repeater system or similar.
Better again would be wired links between repeaters.
