Broke down and finally started Witcher 3. Oldest son then comes in and wants to watch minecraft videos on youtube so I cant hear game. Wife yells at me that she can't handle both kids at once so I have to take one. Its too adult for a 6 year old anyway so I just have to quit.
My kids play Skyrim, lol.
Skyrim has nothing on the Witcher 3 adult content wise!

Vanilla Skyrim is pretty tame. Vanilla Witcher 3 isnt, at all.
-
@momurda yeah in my opinion witcher is too much for my 6 year old

@jmoore There are some quests in that game that make me wonder if i am a decent person or not because of my choices.
"did I really just help this person who is a drunk, wife beating murderer? For 200 gold? Yes I did."
"That person I just saved turned into a werewolf and butchered an entire village!" -

Back to Civ VI. They released another "DLC" that added new, fun things. I really like the way that 2K handled DLC. They charged about $20 more for a digital deluxe edition and with it you get all of the DLCs as they release for no extra charge. It means that they've been able to release incremental improvements at a steady rate and have the player base not feel taken advantage of.

Wolfenstein 2 out today, might have to buy that.

There really are. That game has much more interesting moral dilemmas than pretty much any other and outcomes will not always match expectations. Great stuff.

Been playing some Total War: Warhammer II, game is fantastic! Even better now that they've released the first free DLC that includes all of the races/legendary lords from the first game, and added a reduced version of the map from Total War: Warhammer I to the existing Warhammer II map, making it absolutely gargantuan!
Only downside, is that I can tell they're pushing the limits of the game engine, because they reduced the texture quality of the champion porthole (probably to accommodate for the insane levels of environmental effects on such an enormous map). Starting count of factions is now 198 different factions to conquer and/or parley with.
