Oh me too - I just skip the cider until it's cold.

@jt1001001 my buddy has a super easy recipe: 5 gallons of apple juice, 2lbs powdered sugar, yeast (enough for 5 gal, i think 1 pouch). Put it all in a brew bucket or torpedo keg, shake, wait a couple of weeks, enjoy!
