DID Block Puchases
-
I was able to buy one from VOIP.ms. My main voice vendor sells them in blocks of 5.
-
FLTG sold them in blocks of 20, but was limited by what was available in a particular area code. I don't know if that is standard.
-
totally depends on teh vendor, it's not a "thing."
-
 Thanks

That's just a vendor trying "sell" more.
You should be able to buy as little as 1 or as many as you desire, you may not like the price of 1, but that's a whole diff topic.

Back in the day when we had a PRI, seems like they were sold in blocks of 20.

@scottalanmiller No, it was blocks of 20 DIDs. It had nothing to do with the number of b channels in use.

@scottalanmiller said in DID Block Puchases: That's just weird. How so? Each DID is independent of the B channel, so I can have a multitude of DIDs and only a few B channels if so desired.

Not "almost every channel."
