What do you listen to at the Gym?
-
I know there's a music thread already, but not one specific to the Gym. That requires a little something different than I normally like or listen to... at least for me.
I have 3 scenarios:
-
With Internet (Pandora): I listen to a channel called something like "Workout Pop music", "Workout Rock" or something like that. I can't check now because Pandora doesn't work on my phone in Sweden. I'll update this later.
-
With Internet (Spotify): Same thing as above... a Workouty pop or rock. Not working on my phone in Sweden at the moment... which is weird considering it's a Swedish app.
-
Without internet: When I don't have internet, I just play through Sean Kingston albums. Most of those songs are good for that type of activity, and they don't seem to get old (in my opinion).
What do you all listen to? I'm open minded and wouldn't mind trying out some other stuff.

@Tim_G I do gym at home, running and cycling in the streets; usually something by JS Bach, or baroque music in general. Sometimes modern stuff like '80s rock, '90s dance.
-
Five Finger Death Punch, Demon Hunter, and other hard rock stuff.
-
I like the above suggestions (Baroque, metal), and I also sometimes like uptempo electronic stuff (specifically jungle / drum n bass, because I'm old school like that). Bassdrive.com plays drum n bass 24/7, DJs from all over the globe, no commercials.
edit: really, anything that you get into, any music you can lose yourself in, makes for great workout music.

-
Naruto Shippuen themes playlist on loop.
-
Nothing I end up making gym at music rythm rather than at the proper one...
-
Uptempo rap and pro wrestling theme songs.
-
-
The "Guren," "Sign," "Size of the Moon," and "Heros Come Home" openings from Naruto are good for workouts.
-
Podcasts. I really need to think about something else.

I really like dubstep metal type music. I See Stars has some cool songs.
