Well, I moved here yesterday, lol. But I've not lived on the US East Coast since 2014. I've been primarily in Europe for over two years and was briefly in the US this summer due to family medical issues and then the holidays.

Yes, was working hard to have a 60 day streak under my belt before arriving. It really does help, I can essentially read everything and can understand a little of what is said.

I was in Northern Italy for a week in 2012, loved it. In Rome for a week on "vacation". Home will be in southern Sicily. Taking the train down there next week. Should be an adventure. We are here all season for sure. Might be applying for residency while here. Have to talk to the consulate about options.

To this date, we never considered facebook as a necessity.
(I had used facebook in early 2010 for 2 or 3 months but that's all, then I stopped using it and eventually deactivated the profile) -

However, I would also posit that, due to the haste he displayed in sending me on my way, they no longer value the people that put time in to the community in the first place and only want quantity (as opposed to quality) in IT. That makes sense given that page views are their revenue generation. In the meantime, my challenge stands: stop using Spiceworks' community for 30 days, if you're currently using it.
