For a remote user with LinPhone installed on their cell phone, I keep getting these errors in the Asterisk console. If I connect with my cellphone/Linphone, I don't get the errors. Has anyone encountered these specific errors before?

Which could be part of the problem....It was public WIFI, so who knows what's going on behind the scenes.

Yup, that's what I was wondering. That he's on a phone is far less of an issue than he is on wifi, let alone public. Could be any number of NAT layers, any amount of SIP mangling. I'd assume that that is the issue. Switch him to a VPN tunnel or to LTE and see if the issue just goes away.

@scottalanmiller not yet. But the user will be in my office tomorrow and will test on WIFI there.
