@leahcrowell22 It won't be one of the more famous ones. His name is Kenneth Ponte. Widely considered the main guy in the highway murders in the area that I was born.

But did you ever meet the legendary Illinois enema bandit?

And I only know about this from the song Zappa wrote about it....

@Son-of-Jor-El Holy hell... How did you even meet this guy?

OH EM GEEEEE!!!!! I don't usually care about meeting famous people, but Jensen Ackles... swoon! And you're like tucked under his chin. Wowsa's. Security may have had to remove me from his person if that was me.

Too many.
MOST famous? Seinfeld, maybe?
My personal favorites? Dave Chappelle and Hulk Hogan.

William Shatner - did the photo thing at Denver Comic Con.

If we are including the realms of fandom, I got to share a stages and hang out with Vieux Farka Toure (West African guitarist) in Athens, GA. Great guy, amazing musician, and he had the same guitar as me. And he used no pedals whatsoever... A guitar plugged straight into a Roland JC-120. That takes skills and bravery.

@leahcrowell22 Kinda boring, actually. I lived in the same city and my father was selling like a Nintendo or something. He responded to the ad, came over, checked to makes sure it work, paid and left. We all survived!

So you like REALLY met him then. Pretty crazy.

I met the guy in this article and the guy that he killed. @eric and I used to shoot pool with them at the one guy's pool hall.

@scottalanmiller Woah, dude!!
On a different note, I just got the shock of my life. I used to play in Little League with the kid in the link I'll post. I knew he killed 1 guy, but in looking for the link, I literally just found out he killed a 2nd.
That's really sad because he was a cool kid and my parents liked him.

Preston Lacy from Jackass is from my home town and comes back here all the time. I run into him at local bars. Super nice guy, but being the 1 celebrity in town, We try to leave him alone and not make stupid jokes while the guy is just trying to go out for a beer in peace.
-
@scottalanmiller I know, right? I know about 3-4.
What does that say about me???

You should try and make him feel more welcome by like, kicking him in the crotch, or something.

Yeah that is the thing. Every drunk A-Hole yells out "Hey It's Jackass", and wants him to do a stunt. He just wants to drink a few beers at a quiet table. He seems to genuinely appreciate just saying "Hey Preston" and raising a glass in his direction.
